Help is Our Main Goal
One Good Deed Foundation is a travel-with-purpose initiative. The Foundation's aim is to boost tourism in Africa by shedding light on the beauty and culture within the African continent whilst addressing social issues faced by the people within the countries we visit.
Since its inception, The One Good Deed Foundation has delivered outreach programmes in multiple African states and built partnerships with organisations driving real change on the ground. We have partnered with The Doris Mollel Foundation in Tanzania, donating breathing apparatus, feeding tubes, and medical equipment to underfunded maternity hospitals to reduce infant mortality among premature babies.
We have also partnered with the My Gynae Issues Foundation in Nigeria, supporting advocacy, education, and access to specialist healthcare for women navigating gynecological and reproductive health challenges.
Through our partnership with Level 8 Studios, a female-led design-build firm in Dar es Salaam, we have contributed to the refurbishment of healthcare facilities including the Makuti VIP Hospital Clinic and supported ICU ward renovations at Muhimbili National Hospital — Tanzania's largest national referral hospital. Across these partnerships, we have delivered outreach on issues including female genital mutilation, advocacy against early marriage of the girl child, better healthcare access, hospital renovations, and better screening and treatment for fibroids.
